• Inlet filter replacement (H98-510-S)• Vinegar descale flush (3 gal / 45–90 min)• Pre/post photos & digital service report• Review shutoff valve condition (observe only)
✕ NEVER Do — Outside Scope
• Open the unit (remove any panels)• Touch gas lines or gas connections• Replace shutoff valves• Use any chemical descalers• Diagnose error codes internally• Touch electrical components• Perform any repair work
